Hey Wadwhani, report this!!! King and Nausright colluded and she needs money, home in forclosure, it's all about the money and politics folks!!
You serious about home foreclosure, because if so that would explain her 33 claims and trying again now with Peyton?
She has supposedly been recorded admitting she leaked the closed-court documents to Shaun King for money. She should be in contempt of court.
"Tom Stokes, owner and founder of Sports Plus, told FOX Sports Clay Travis that he has a phone recording of Naughright saying that she leaked the documents to Shaun King because shes broke and needs the money. Travis stated that he has confirmed that Naughrights home is currently in foreclosure."
This is all you need to see from the article...
"Two 2014 incident reports from the sheriffs office in Polk County, Florida, where Naughright has a home, describe numerous instances in which she has called police with complaints they concluded were exaggerated or false.
Officers responded to a series of emergency calls from Naughright between March and November 2014 in which she claimed to be threatened by various parties. In one instance she said she feared for her life from a male houseguest. In another she was being harassed by her former caretaker who she feared was going to break her neck, and who she alleged had launched a porn site using her name (officers found no evidence of it). She alleged a domestic battery incident that officers concluded did not occur. She alleged she was an informant in a federal criminal investigation in New Jersey, where she is originally from.
One of the incident reports concludes with a note that another law enforcement agency in New Jersey contacted the Polk County Sheriffs office and relayed similar experience with Naughright. The New Jersey agency requested that Naughright be instructed, to stop calling their agency and making false accusations."
I agree, but I think this is mainly politics. The democrats in the federal government are trying to extend their reach under Title IX for new rules on "rape", etc. that schools have to follow and that will be monitored by the federal government (see all the college rape protests, articles, etc.). They use these smear lawsuits to put pressure on schools to "settle" these frivolous smear cases and the "settlement" is a volunteer by the school to allow their expansion of Title IX. Its all pressure to go along with the federal government's new overreach.
The federal government is doing the same thing with local police departments under a different law, lending institutions under Dodd Frank, local housing under HUD laws, etc. There are politics involved here. It is a concerted effort to smear to put pressure on UT. Things like this just don't "happen" and get plastered all over the media--it's a PR pressure campaign. If it works, they can go to any school with the threat and use UT as an example.
When all of this is said and done if Tennessee comes away from this thing clean I think ESPN owes Tennessee a HUGE apology for the way this whole thing was reported. They are reporting under the assumption of guilt and hardly in any of their articles mention these are ALLEGATIONS.

No he's not. ESPN isn't talking about Naughtwrights mental state. The public outside of Tennessee doesn't know how bat **** crazy she is. Manning taking this to her and lawyers would rectify it fully, if it's all untrue.
Read this article from Sally Jenkins of The Washington Post and let me know if you still think the word isn't getting out about Naughright .....
https://www.washingtonpost.com/spor...5cfdfc-db34-11e5-891a-4ed04f4213e8_story.html
Edit: actually, read the post directly before mine ..... copies the pertinent part of the article, saves you a little time.
You realize that was posted today while I posted yesterday right? And ESPN talking heads are still calling for heads.
You realize that you were saying yesterday that nobody outside of Knoxville, certainly nobody in national media had a clue about Naughright.....this article from the Washington Post proves otherwise. I hope you also do realize that I just saw this article today, not yesterday.
The ESPN talking heads can call for heads all they want, and that's not likely to change anytime soon, that's what they do. But they're far from the only national media outlet....and like I said yesterday, the word about Peyton's fiasco with Naughright, his side of the deal and what a nutjob she actually is is indeed coming to light.
Sit tight, and when another national/major media enterprise follows suit and jumps on the "Naughright is a crazy arse psycho b**ch", come on back to this thread and I'll post it for you.
I will not be visiting Florida.Read the article that is on the front page of dailycaller.com right now. Apparently, Jamie Naughright was hospitalized a few years ago in Florida under The Baker Act - that is emergency involuntary institutionalization for mental examination, evaluation and treatment.
She is a certified nut.
KB, you may be right that it's coming to light slowly but surely. I hope so. But as of yesterday, there were no articles I had seen outside of here and Denver. And I just don't see the big names issuing any kind of apologies for his character assassination. Or running the Notright articles as main headlines like they did with Manning. I'll sit tight and hope you are right. And I hope the damage will be undone. I would really like to see some media source admit to poor journalism by publishing one-sided accusations as though they were fact, seemingly without doing any kind of investigating or unbiased reporting. Wishful thinking, I know. . .
