Why do people herald Manning so much, and T.Martin? Is it just because Manning went onto the NFL and made a career or what is it?

I'm not afraid to say I'm hurt that he didn't choose the Titans. I have always managed to cheer for Peyton despite playing our AFC South Rival Colts. I'm bummed he didn't choose Tennessee when he had the chance. . .You will never be able to convince me the roster in Denver is better than the one in Tennessee. I thought the state meant enough to him that he would come here, but he's tied to The Vols, not the entire state. That being said, I will not root for him in Denver, not at first anyway. I'm sure once the season gets underway I will forget about it, just sucks.

Until then, go Titans, the future is still bright.

My guess is people will now herald Manning less than they did. Somehow I don't see #18 Broncos jerseys selling like #18 Colts jerseys did.

I will cheer for Peyton, but I really won’t care about Denver, just like I really won’t pay attention to Indianapolis any more.

I do think that Denver is a better place for Peyton to get a ring as the Titans are still in rough shape and I am afraid that until Adams passes away it will remain the case. He is the new Al Davis in my opinion.

Don't think it will,,he knocked Tebow off the field witch thrills me to death,,,,but I never could stand the Broncos and PM being there is not going to change that at all.Maybe if they somehow make it to the SB witch I don't belive they will,then I might root for them.But from week to week I could care less if the Broncos win or not.

There's a lot of sour grapes on this board by a lot of Titans fans that severely overestimate the quality of the Titans' team.

I don't understand this support our state's team or your not a true fan thing. Nor do I understand that you are being a fair weather fan by supporting a team in another state that has a player you like to watch. Isn't that why we watch a team, to enjoy the performance and support the team that our favorite player(s) play on? It is game we are watching, not a war between nations.

How many UT players are on the Titan's roster? Without checking the website tell us how many are even from the state of TN? The owner is not even a Tennesseean, nor is the head coach. I like to watch Peyton and want him to do well no matter where he plays.

We beat them, they went on a super unlikely run to the playoffs, winning games in ridiculous fashion. Also, remembering the playoff situation is a little hazy, but I'm pretty sure if they would have beat the Chiefs week 17 been in the playoffs Our overall record is better. We rank above them in both Total Offense and Defense. Our offensive line is on par with theirs. We have a better running back and receiving core.

Not to mention the Front Office job waiting on him.

I guess that is why people say that

This. Titans suck and will for a while.. And no, I'm not sold on the Broncos roster either, but they're ahead of the titans right now.

Disagree. It is as good as what he would have had in Indy. Maybe not as good as SF or Tennessee if Britt is healthy, but its not like Seattle, Miami.

Besides that, Manning makes WRs look good, often better than they really are.
