Def BOTH! Fayetteville has nothing to offer except the party scene. Unfortunetly for me I live in ark and I am married to a huge pig fan family. ITS AWFUL. They are the most dillusional whiney fan base i've ever been around. Ark so called high power offense will be mediocre next yr so idk why he thinks going there is going to help him get a championship. They will NOT finish btr than 3rd in the west.

I feel your pain, my wife grew up in AR (all vol now) and all of my inlaws are pig fans. I've always said they should fence that state off and make it a game preserve, nothing but morons.

Wow! I have completely missed that Croom's Mother posted on VN. Hahaha, that is awesome. She sounds like a great mother and her son is gonna be a hell of a player. Glad to have them on board.

Otha made his own choice. We've taken recruits from other schools late in the process, so we had it happen to us; let it go, wish him luck and move on with the day...

Even the day before her son signed, she cared enough and took the the time to try to help Peters from getting hoodwinked by the Arky staff.

Among fans, she's the hero of NSD 2012. Glad she's on our side!! :hi:

IF anybody wants to know that answer to that question, do what some of the other recruit parents did, Call Mr. Hart. Dooley aint goin NOWHERE! Anybody who knows me also know that I do my homework. I don't leave folks open to persuation of my child."


Hopefully your son has more common sense than you, if you think Mr. Hart is going to tell a recruit or his parents that Derek Dooley is on the hotseat than you are pretty delusional.

Next to Patterson signing, this thread has definitely been the other highlight of the day. Some disappointments over the last several days, but an overall solid class. Still wish Otha and Kirven would have signed with us. Good luck to them, anyways, they will have to live with their decisions. Can't really blame Kirven, but Otha's choice is baffling. Arkansas over Knoxville? You gotta be ****ing kidding me....

Someone ban this fool, please. It's not often we get the insight of a proud parent into the recruiting process. Don't let this clueless, hateful redneck ruin it for the rest of us....

Probably shouldn't. If he is 18 and decides to quit high school and move out of her house she can't stop him. She has no say-so other than what he gives her. There is nothing worse than an overbearing athlete's loud mouth parent.
