Auburn lost to a good bowl team in Miss St. UT doesn't have the defense to keep Auburn under 28 points. And this means we would need to score 29. This is gamesmanship in the sec. And he was talking to his own players to get them ready. I hate playing burn after they just lost like this. They will be fired up.

Didn't see the game but it sounds like MissSt gashed them on sideline plays. We can run the reverse and jet sweep a couple dozen times.

I'd love for us to hold the ball for 41 minutes next game but that doesn't appear likely unless Auburn fumbles on the first play a lot.

If you go back and watch the HS footage you can pretty much see the story there. He typically drug those High School kids for several yards after contact, which obviously doesn’t work at this level.

nah nah that was just for recruiting purposes. JG is a completion % QB.

JG isn’t a bust at all. I am actually a big JG supporter, just saying he’s not a dual-threat regardless of what his recruiting profile says.

JG is a pro-style QB (even though Tyson Helton thought running consecutive draw plays with him at a crucial moment in the Florida game made sense....)

I think the opposite. I think they're in a "funk", and their fans are moving towards the edge of the wagon. The question is, whether we're going to oblige them in equal "funk"...we can't out-talent them...going to have to play our best game of the year to keep it close. Auburn has beaten Bama more in the Saban era than anyone else, but until Saban retires, Gus is in the unenviable position of being at least second-fiddle, and ultimately Barners will grow weary, though it sounds crazy, because since 2010, they've won 1 NC, 1 loss in BCS championship, and just last year, went 10-4.

If Chandler doesn't get minimum 20 touches (run/pass) every week, I start to question our coaches.

Apparently there's quite a difference in tucking and running in HS as opposed to doing such in the SEC against quality competition.
