Not sure you know how to play the game. We do this to every team we are about to play. Therefore, with you being pissed must mean you are a vandy fan.

Well, when we win this weekend it will be 5 wins and 5 losses this decade. By my definition, that is not getting owned. And we've pretty much owned them their entire existence.

They say with age comes prospective. That said, I'm 68 years old and since I have been alive we are 56-11-1 against Vandy...so in keeping with the spirit of this thread I say flame away Vol fans!

Not sure of your team affiliation, but I have a pretty good idea. As this is a make fun of Vandy thread, here are some stats for you:

Since 1960:

Vandy - 7 winning seasons, 4 seasons in which they were ranked in AP at some point during the season, and 8 bowl appearances.

TN - 45 winning seasons, 41 seasons in which they were ranked in AP at some point during the season, and 41 bowl appearances.

Only one of these teams will add another winning season to the list this year....and it sure as he** isn’t Vandy. Like it or not, TN has dominated Vandy over the history of playing each other. The last few years were not good for TN, but we are about to start another long streak against Vandy.

It’s sad that Tennessee has fallen to the point of splitting even with Vandy the last 10 years.
however.....we won’t be down forever. And it does strike me as appropriate for the conversation that for Tennessee this is as bad as we’ve ever been. This is the best Vandy can ever hope to be.

This year, it pretty much is a bye week. At least I expect it to be. I’m a UT fan, and so my confidence still isn’t 100%, but with us being a 22 point favorite and winners of 5 of the last 6 SEC games, I’m feeling damn good.
