Finebaum just tries to stir up trouble with his guests---he hates Majors and UT, and does everything possible to promote bama and auburn.

Sorry but I like ole Johnny...He used to come into a bar I used to work at years ago and was always friendly and funny and easy to talk to...Not a bad tipper either...Wish i had taken some pictures back in those days...Ahhh the memories

I'll reserve my judgement until the END of the season. I still haven't given up on this team yet. The defense is good and the other problems are fixable. If the Vols pull out an 8-win season, then there is hope.... however, anything less and I might be joining the negative group. Go Vols!

Finebaum is nothing more than a "pot-stirring" idiot. He's made a living out of exploitation, pitting Bammer's against Barner's, day in and day out. There's not one ounce of journalistic/analytical talent in his pea brain.

Actually if the VOLS pulls out a 8 win season there is absolutely ZERO HOPE!...AS this will be the norm for many years as CPF will receive ANOTHER extension...Just curious, Would You be happy with that? :unsure:

Thanks for the link eric.Coach Major's sure doesn't mention any names but he refers to someone not playing a real Bama team as of yet.I love how Major's says,just keep me out of the papers.

What I like about Finebaum is his connections, and the guests he has on the show. He will have hour long interviews/listener call ins with some very intriguing people. Gene Stallings, Coach Dodd, Pat Dye, Majors and countless other SEC legends. These interviews are one of a kind, and sometimes I feel lucky to hear the ones from Stallings.

Ol Johnny, my brother lives in Lynchburg and I got a picture of us as little kids sitting in Majors lap at the O&W game. Probably my favorite vol memorabilia

I agree. I listen to the interviews on the internet. They are simply awesome but listening to the callers will make a person dumber by the second.

I don't think that you really listen to the show. He does not support either of those schools. Currently, he has a man crush on Saban but that will change soon.
