Madden 15

Guys with the game, can you do a fantasy draft in Connected Franchise online with another person?

I created an online franchise to check and it let me start a fantasy draft. I can only assume as long as everyone in the dynasty is there when you start the fantasy draft then they will be able to participate in it. I think thats what you were asking.

They still havent fixed the draft. In the 3rd round there are still a ton of players who were projected to go in the first round and they are mostly at the same position. Its like the CPU creates way too many players at certain positions. I got a projected top 10 pick OLB in the second round who was 80 overall (and went to Tennessee). Lots of projected first round WR and CBs still available in later rounds.

Who would be interested in a connected franchise on the PS4?

Edit: I'm perplexed. Is Connected Franchise something that incorporates other gamers or is it single-player? I haven't played Madden since 2009

It can be both. There are offline and online modes.

Yeah that's what I was asking about. Thanks.

Does it appear that other players can join in the draft?

I've played it for about 3 hours now. It feels a lot different from Madden 25. Graphics are a big upgrade for sure. Defense seems to be harder to play against. Don't really care for the new defense camera angle though. I prefer the regular view.

I think they have to be in the connected franchise menu and already joined the league when you start the draft, otherwise the CPU will pick players for them. It is a "live" draft, meaning you can't pause it or postpone it.

I'm deciding between this and NHL for next gen. I don't have much time for games anymore, and I don't want to give EA money for both "inferior products." I guess I'll rent them both

I'm gameflying both of them - not buying EA sports anymore.

Viva la revolution

Picking up the Ultimate Edition in a few hours. Im stoked.

What's the ultimate edition?

I've got a couple buddies saying the game is amazing.

Y'all hearing the same?

Really? I only have one buddy that's a Madden junkie and he didn't seem to care for the early access demo. I'm curious to hear what others think though.

I really enjoyed the early access demo. That made me pre-order the game. Graphics are really good, presentation is a lot better. Announcers still suck but that is just about every sports game. The new defense is really good. I love how you can adjust the camera on the fly with the d-pad. I really like the d-line play. Sorry for the random thoughts lol

Anyone seen any comparisons between the PS4 version and the Xbox One version? Are they both running at the same resolution/frame rate?

Ps4>>>>>>>>>xbone

It has my vote so far, as you probably have seen me post. I was just curious if anyone had posted any direct comparisons for this particular game.

It kills me that the XB1 seems so underpowered for a next-gen system, but regardless I enjoy the back-and-forth between Sony and Microsoft. I'm sick... or easily amused.

Hardware stats don't lie.....

Hearing the opposite...... Not much has changed, still has legacy issues

It runs great and looks amazing on Xbox One. I expect the same for PS4. WR/DB interactions are still an issue (they stated they did not touch them), Crappy QBs are very accurate (not much difference even though they said there would be). Sims stats are way off. I would expect sliders to fix those issues (QBs and sims stats. This is a step in the right direction, if you bought Madden last year you might want to pass on it.

Bearcat, you know OSers are always on the ledge freaking out about things lol

I haven't been paying attention to what OS has been saying. The legacy issues are still there and the animations are still pretty canned and bad. It seems to be the same game code from last gen........ 10 years later still.
