Madden 15

Yes, I did. Mainly for the great graphics update and the minimal line interaction improvements. M15 looks as though they barely touched the line and they have outright come out and said they didnt touch the WR/DB interactions.......which is so disappointing.

When I heard they did not touch WR/DB interactions I was like F this. Not buying. Also, they need to just focus on PS4/Xbox One for it to truly take the next step. I understand most people don't have the new consoles but this is holding the game back.

Yes, hopefully we will see meaningful improvements as soon as they stop making for last gen.

Sounds awesome. Too bad I've already been told its the same game as last year and its crap.

Feel free to form your opinions on it...... I'll feel free to form mine. Every single year we get the same initial impressions that the game had improved greatly.... Every single year we are disappointed two weeks after purchase

We shall see. My heart agrees with you but my brain wants this to be a bad ass game so bad.

I'm suddenly compelled to write Roger Goodell a letter begging him not to renew a contract with EA!!

EA has exclusive license from NFL for a “couple more years” | ProFootballTalk

The bad news is that, thanks to all the money earned over the last decade by selling basically the same game with different players in the software and a different picture on the cover (which has been hyped into something far more significant than it is), EA will surely be able to extend the exclusive license, if it wants.

This sums it up perfectly. I hope they lose exclusivity. I know it would take a few years for another company to put together an NFL game, but there should at least be that option. Not stuck with only one crappy game.

So true. Glad to hear someone speak out about how ****ty Madden is.

It is, but unfortunately, the League is almost certainly looking for the dollar number, not the product quality.

It'd be too big an investment for a startup, unless they begin development of the engine and framework now without any immediate return.

100% agree. As long as EA is willing to fork over more money, then they will keep the exclusivity with the NFL. Money talks. Also, like you said, it would be tough for someone to jump in now.

I want to believe that Madden will be much better this year now that I have an Xbox One. I want to believe considering I have pre-ordered Madden. Why do I feel like I'm going to end up canceling my pre-order?
