As if any of you that watches any amount of ESPN haven't heard already, Devin Hester is going to be getting the first 100 rating ever in speed. No player has ever gotten a 100 rating in everything before.

Devin Hester @ QB, anyone?

I bet 100 will be 3 times faster than 99. Maybe not that much but it will be noticeable.

I think it should be based on the real players abilities...Devin Hester clearly is faster than everyone else so in the game, he should clearly be faster than everyone else...

my guess is drew brees...anyone know when they are supposed to reveal the cover guy?

There also is the fact that Dante Hall's rookie year he called the EA company and complained that he was rated 89 in speed in the game. So he went out and set the record for touchdowns returned. Maybe its just Madden giving Special Teams some love. His catching is probably 50ish and Break Tackle real low so you cant use him for WR and RB all the time.

I'm assuming that all of you are joking. Unless he flat refuses out of fear of the Madden curse, it is a foregone conclusion that LaDanian Tomlinson will be on the Madden cover this year.

Still, even as a big Titans fan, it shouldn't have gone to Vince Young. If he gets hurt maybe they should put the Patriots on it.

Just wondering...

How come Peyton Manning aka Face of NFL, 2x NFL MVP, and Defending Superbowl MVP, has never been on the cover?

Does he not wanna be on it?
