I see a lot of people saying this, and while I get it, there’s a reason we have a kicker. As you said if you’re hanging your game on one 3 point kick, you likely could have messed up somewhere along the way.

At the same time kicking is a very important facet of the game these days. Especially with kickers kicking 50 and 60 yards. Games are won and lost 3 points at a time in many instances.
