That kind of recruiting has been done against Saban and Bama since he got to Tuscaloosa. Nature of the beast because of Saban's prior job hopping.

it for sure wont be today. I'm confident on monday. But saturday would be the earliest. They arent going to fire the man before the banquet... It can wait 24 hours longer, surely.

There is a large segment of their fanbase that will be pissed if Texas lands anyone other than Saban. They could make a fantastic hire, and if it's not Saban, a bunch of folks will lose it.

Not only that, but let's say it is Saban they hire. How many of the current Alabama recruits does he take with him?
