There is a rumor flying around that Coach Pokey Chatman is leaving LSU because of inappropiate contact with a player and he obviously think its true.

I confess (up front) that this may be a stupid question...Is the game tonight on Nat'l TV??...living in W. Texas..if it ain't, I won't stand a chance of hearing it. The thought of having to listen to Kesling broadcast, online, sickens me. I'd rather listen to a non-partisan, non-enthusiastic nat'l broadcaster than him...

Yeah, I already pay for Yahoo broadcasts...kinda makes me mad that it's free since I already pay for it...but, if it weren't for yahoo, I wouldn't get to hear any UT athletic broadcasts,,, I simply can't believe that what many people are calling the one SEC team playing at the right level, at the right time, isn't on nat'l tv...somewhere...talk about no respect....

Oh wow. I read about this in the Pokey thread in the Other Sports Forum, but I thought it was some kind of recruiting violation. :lol:

I'll grant that this deal likely has me more ticked than the team. I'm sure they are zeroed in on the task. I'm also pretty sure the Pearl will take the time to remind them before the game that these Tigers don't seem to think very much of them...

and many have let it get in their head and completely tank! A Pearl coached team dosen't need extra motivation.

It's becoming more and more apparent that Brady is a turd that needs to be flushed. You don't snicker and basically try to humiliate student athletes. Especially if you're a COACH of student athletes…

Some may say Brady is just speaking the truth. But unless you're Terrell Owens, there are certain ethics when it comes to sports. Unwritten rules if you will. One of them at the top of the list is keep locker room talk in the locker room. It reflects poorly on the coach and program to publicly talk bad about any player.

And if his objective was to get into UT's head, he should spend more time coaching his team and worry about his own team. They are the laughing stock of the league right now - and that's embarrasing considering the competition for worst team included Miss St, Auburn, Miss and SC.

I don't think it's really that big a deal, but I do agree that it makes Brady look really bad; especially in light of the way he took a Final Four team nowhere this year.
