ok...well i mean as a starter. VY took over games and led an entire team to a title. tebow played spot duty and got brownie points with the media last year.

the key is to simply never put yourself in situations where you have to be 5/5 on 4th down conversions to begin with. if david had made both of his kicks, miles wouldn't have been so aggressive on those 4th downs late in the game.

specifically, I'm thinking of going for it on 4th and goal when a field goal would've tied it. The missed field goals didn't force that.

Oh, c'mon...Miles lost confidence in him from the 40 yard range...that field goal would've been a PAT. I'm all for the occasional gamble, and I think the great coaches know when to take it...but I'm just saying..you live by that stuff, you'll die by it..guaranteed.

Loved the game - instant classic.

It seemed to be in both the AU game and the LSU game Superman was a wide eyed first year started. He really was shaking at the end. I'm don't think he is ready for the pressure when the game is on the line.

If we weren't ready, LSU would absolutely swamp UT. If we were ready, we would probably still lose. I'm not being negative, LSU is great. Florida didn't play an awful game yesterday. LSU just was too good.

I think Tebow and Meyer got EXACTLY what they deserved last night!! Meyer with that "I'm too good for you" smirk and that championship ring on....and Tebow with his arm pumps and antics in the endzone....hope Tebow's roomate spooned him while he cried ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!
