Being Weds …I am starting to think about what Game-Day Staygate I am going to put together for the Eggs and Kegs early Kickoff. Maybe Shrimp and Grits ? Gumbo off table because it’s LSU? Leaning to Porterhouse steaks and Eggs Shrimp Benedict. How bout it? What about tailgate spreads for those going to Baton Rouge?

Feel bad for the LSU fans, they will be skipping breakfast.

11 AM start time, even the LSU Tiger will be hungover.

Possibly, I will try something I haven't tried before. Baked egg toast (pictured below), but add mozzarella cheese, and crumbled Nimah Ranch smoked bacon (found far as I know only at Whole Foods stores) and ground sage on top instead of black pepper. Steamed spinach side, and a hefty cup of Just Bright Light Roast coffee.

Understood. Like I said, never tried it before. I'll try any food or beverage at least once if it isn't something gross, like raw grub worms or cow's blood.

BTW, I commend you for employing emojis. Text only posts can come across in ways not intended, so emojis help. Humans are deigned for seeing visual cues associated with verbal communication. Thus, why we have facial expressions, body language, and gesture cues. If I recall right, waaaayyy back in my FidoNet days, I helped create some of the basic emoticon cues. But there were some folks far more creative, who came up with very innovative renditions that incorporated ASCII [now called Character Map] symbols. Those were the days. Example: ( ʘ _ ʘ ) roughly = They're almost all emojis now.

Anyone have a tailgate my friends and I can crash? Our bus gets there around 9:30 so we will only hang for an hour but it would be nice to have a spot to hang for a bit and talk UT football.

That's nothing. I'm trying to convince Shirley to let me prepare garlic and white pepper flavored buttermilk batter fried snapping turtle meat next week. So far all my assurances I love her, and hugs haven't worked.

We are having hamburgers and hotdogs for my sons 12th bday party. I have to behave, so this 11am kickoff is actually going to help a lot.
So you are the model citizen for all of us, brother. Burgers & dogs are perfect for the demolition of LSU. Chow down, Big Orange!

Snapping turtle is excellent meat.

You and me both, brother! Picked up some cheap wing meat at the store last night and will be making some cheapo buffalo sauce.
I absolutely LOVE Japan. My favorite country that I have visited. Been to Thailand, Philippines, China, Korea. What part do you live in?
