The fact that all of them think Lane Kiffin will suck, and the fact that most radio guys and News sentinel writers didn't like the hire, pretty much means that Kiffin will be a hall of famer.

I liked the one late last night were the LSU fan was congratulating us. On getting COACH O.Then goes into
An assault of the senses.

Stating that coach O could go and S*** The Kiffin's
D****.I was surprised how long it went back and forth.
It truly was a good look at what the board could quickly degrade into.

Thos quotes are pretty funny.....but you gotta admit, those same things would have been said here if Coach O had spurned us for LSU. I would expect those comments from any fan base. I do think the LSU fans need to realize they just had the worst year for a defending champ pretty much ever though.....and I dont care how many games Les Miles has won, I would not want him as HC at UT. Ever.

So I was reading the LSU board and I think it's funny how the LSU fans blame Sexton for them not getting O.

They seem to believe that O had no decision in where he would end up. They are like O wanted to come here but Sexton wouldn't let him because Sexton wanted to make more $... what a bunch of hooey.

Why don't the LSU fans just brag about getting Chavis instead? He's great for them.

well that is what happened the night before. If you remember O was a lock for UT until a couple of days ago then Tue night Tigerturds.com posted the story from Guillbreu??sp and we all handled it much better than they did last night.:thumbsup:

yep I loved the erector set comment...making fun of our architectural wonder placed beautifully next to the Tenn. River that holds more people than live in Baton Rouge...that one really hurt my pride.

Chavis with Brooks and/or Caldwell will be very solid for them.

Chavis with Orgeron would have been very conflicting and their chemistry would have been horrible. This is best for both teams.

I actually laughed out loud at the "erector set" comment. That was pretty dang creative. . . .and appropriate at the same time.

I am not sure exactly what happened but I am glad we got him. 650 sounds like a lot for a position coach but to get the best you have to be willing to pay for it.
