Showed up this summer at 6'1 270 lbs

So we suspended him for his weight... it has since gotten worse.....

Word I heard from his hometown people was that he missed some, maybe all, of his summer classes this year. This, supposedly, got him in LM's doghouse. Then, as others have posted, this is probably a "numbers game" move.

It doesn't matter if he's a need. More bodies is need enough. He would be a transfer, not counting toward the recruiting number.

He had basically eaten his way out FB position when he first arrived. Multiple issues with the guy apparently. He is going to have to lose 40-50lbs to work himself back into the FB position with any other team. The writing was on the wall on him long ago. Very unfortunate kids blow a chance like this.

Allen started one game last season. Miles also said Tuesday walk-on fullback James Stampley was clearly the No. 1 fullback.
