UGA had to be ahead in the AP I think to get in it. The computer polls will go for LSU. I think they got this vote right. Somebody actually had Georgia #1, cant wait to see who that is

Anyone notice Tennessee getting just a little bit of respect by being the highest ranked 4 loss team in the poll? We are ranked just ahead of Texas with 3 losses as it should be!! :good!:

Whoever gave Virginia Tech a 1st place vote should have their voting rights stricken away from them and then given the lifetime assignment of covering Women's Division 2 basketball.

I'm surprised the Vols didn't tumble in the polls.

The loss wasn't ugly, and I don't think it warranted a big drop in the rankings, but it seems like UT usually falls far after a loss.

UT got a lot of respect in the rankings this week.

The AP doesn't factor into the BCS. The coaches poll does.

I actually hope LSU doesn't get in. The loss last night will hurt even more if it means we didn't take advantage of our opportunity to knock LSU out the the national title game...a la '01.

The AP got it right. Bullpuppies didn't play for the SEC championship. Take that and we still beat them
