I don't think a team should be in the National Championship game that didn't even win their conference. Georgia is playing great right now but they didn't have the pressure of beating LSU for the SEC title so why should they get a shot at the NC?

All the UGA fans are saying that it is because of the Less Miles drama, that they were jumped. UGA just doea not get the fact that ateam that did not even win their division in a conference, should NOT play for the NC.

I can attest to that. They are all indignant down here that they are probably going to get passed over. It's like they have it in their mind that what happened in September and October shouldn't count or something.

No...the Coaches and Harris both count. The AP doesn't.

Exactly... i was askin the other day to a UGA fan here that wats in their resume for NC and he said florida and then he said TROY :O... i accept they are a 2 loss team like LSU but LSU beat 6 ranked teams and the 2 losses came in 3 overtimes...

LSU lost at HOME to a mediocre opponent LAST WEEK.

all LSU has to do is get to #3 in the BCS and they will automatically be in the national championship unless somehow VTech is #2

If you have to win the conference then that rule should be put in. As stated earlier, it is not IE. Oklahoma. My problem is that Georgia was ranked 4th by the BCS, Ohio State was 3rd. Why does Ohio State move to #1 and LSU to #2. Ohio State played a weak Big 10 season with pansies for non conference games.
Dropping Georgia is fine with me, but how do you not drop Ohio State when they sat idle a week longer than Georgia? LSU and VT should be in the championship, or Ohio State and Georgia! Anything else is to me just like the Heisman since Peyton...it really means no more than a popularity contest, and that makes the whole season out to be the farce that the BCS is!

Georgia clearly is NOT NAtional Championship Game material....The georgia fans can say what they want but the DAWGS do not deserve the NC game....LSU doesnt really IMO for that matter....They are not better than USC and Georgia definanately is not better than USC or Oklahoma
