My favorite Vols DC rumor today is some giving play-by-play on a DC interview that hadn't started yet.

Randy Shannon flew into Nashville to avoid the media in McGee Tyson. That is why the UT plane is there.

Why are people tracking prop planes? I highly doubt UT is using a prop plane to pick up someone of importance. Just sayin'.

Saw footage of Kiffin getting out of a twin prop jet in Atlanta a couple of years ago, with a power T on the side. There might be a pile of money for these guys to use in Knoxville, but these coaches aren't flying around in G6s.

Interesting. Not knocking prop planes but that's sort of like rolling up to the front door of a South Beach night club in a Honda.

These types of fly-ins are usually done with the use of Donor planes. The plane could belong to anyone, but the use of it is donated to the university, and is a tax write off.

SO, depending on who's ride was available today, it could be either a leer jet or a WWI vintage Bi-Plane.
