IDontKnow is the right title for you. You don't know you are in the VolNation Board. Last two days, we have had the company of the Butler fans slithering in here. Don't talk a bunch of crap and not show up in here Friday morning at 12:30 am to eat your crow like a man.

:eek:k:

No one is talking crap. I'm over here to discuss the game with ya'll and I simply stated that I don't think there is anybody on your team that can stop Earl Clark.

My question for you is who will stop Lofton and Smith from throwing in those daggers from the outside.

I don't think you've seen Earl Clark play before have you?

Yes, he's a good player, but he is not as good as Tyler. Did you happen to see Tyler block the Butler guys shot near the end of our game today? He literally blocked that off the glass 11 ft in the air. That's freakish for you.

Vols win Thursday night and then Scotty Hopson chooses UT over Louisville on Friday. That would be the best.

Thanks.

Are you more sure about UT and UNC than you are about UCLA, Kansas, or Texas/Memphis? Or, you just haven't thought that far ahead?

I haven't really thought that far ahead yet man.

As far as the Lofton and Smith three point question, we have the #6 rated FG% defense in the nation. I'm sure we can stop them, unless they go unconsious.

Yes I have. You obviously have never seen T. Smith play though. Clark is good but he has no where near the all-around offensive game that T. Smith does. They are both good defensively but Clark has an edge there.

Tyler also just has a better battery. Seems like he's everywhere.

If both Lofton and Jajuan are hitting from the perimeter I seriously doubt you will stop both of them. You will also have to concentrate on Tyler and Wayne down low.

We have one of the deepest frontcourts, if not the deepest in the nation with Palacios, Padgett, Clark, Caracter, and Farley who all play pretty decent minutes. I'm not concerned at all with your inside presence. The only thing I'm worried about is stopping Lofton and Smith, but your not going to win the game alone on 3 pointers.

This will be a good matchup for the Vols to see how good they are and if they can advance to play North Carolina -who I know will advance. I think Carolina could win it all.

You again are showing your ignorance about Tyler Smith and now Wayne Chism. The only position that you shouldn't be worried about is our PG spot right now.

If you honestly aren't worried at all about our inside game than you have never seen Tyler Smith play.

Farley is terrible. Caracter is a walking turnover/foul. If these guys are getting significant minutes then UL fans should be worried.

I agree that Padgett, Palacios, and Clark are pretty good. They might have the edge over tyler/chism/crews. But not by as much as you might think. Chism has been massive lately and tyler is always money. Really, Padgett is the only one that we might not have an answer for.

I've seen him play and there's no doubt in my mind that Earl Clark or David Padgett couldn't shut him down. Easily.
Padgett is no where near athletic enough to stop Tyler's quickness and athleticism. You don't put a center on a tweener 3/4 guy moron. You are showing your ignorance again. Padgett will have his hands full with Chism anyways.

Clark might be (BIG might) able to slow Tyler down but that would be it. There is no stopping him and it definitely won't be easy.

This same guy is over on the louisville board begging for people to come over here and help him. He says the Tennessee guys are "shredding me" :)

I want to throw in a random off topic fact in here. We have beaten 25% of the teams in the Sweet 16. I think that is a pretty good stat.
