Do you equate Dooleys situation to winning the lottery? He went from a what 4-8 record at la tech to coaching a storied sec team and is slated to make SIX million dollars! Literally say that to yourself if you think Dooley has ever been stressed or worried - SIX million dollar buyout. I may have these exact numbers wrong in terms of the buyout and record but just think what happens when a CEO of a company does a poor job and gets the axe? They get a golden parachute for millions of dollars and could care less
