Don't we play South Carolina this week? That's what my tickets say?

Edit: you edged me out on that thought Volwrizzle.

If Vandie scored 10 on them surely Dobbs and company can double that at a minimum.

This being said, this UT team is in no position to be looking over anyone or guaranteeing any victories.

Truth is they are still a young team learning to win and finish games. Period!

Maddie Mawk could give this defense trouble if they don't keep relentless pressure the entire game.

Their defense plays well enough to keep them in many games if not all.

Establish the run early and often to wear on the defense should be the strategy. 2 or 3 long, time consuming drives could/should wear on them if Tennessee can cap said drives off with TDs.

Stop. Just stop.

Tennessee losing the rest of the way is damn near impossible

Thought you of all people would have watched "The Debacle in the Swamp"! Add " The Sooner Meltdown", "The Hawg Letdown" and "The Late Tidy Bowl Flush" and you have the basis for VN paranoia! We were up 52-21 and I still wasn't sure we'd win!

Missouri is the biggest of the last 4 games left. we will have to play a complete game to beat them. USCjr is a concern but missouri is the biggest of the 4 games left.

Can't deal with success you want the Vols to lose so bad you can't stand it can you?

Do us all a favor and change teams

Yes, but although every one of those was painful, we made progress in each. Unlike OU, we scored late to pad our margin against Florida. Unlike Florida, there was no one thing you could point to for losing to Hawgs, we just got outplayed. Unlike Hawgs, we played well entire game against (a much, much better) bammer team but just got overwhelmed/outplayed at the end. Yes, bammer drove for the go ahead TD but they had to earn it with tough catches.

The bottom line is that no matter how frustrating all those losses are, I see progress.

The difference between this year's team and next is that next year we finally get over the hump and win those games.

My post was a bit tongue in cheek. I see the progress but I also see Florida having the season the Vols could have. Frustrating.

Every team post Bama sucks. Tennessee will finish the regular season 8-4.

Stating the obvious, aren't we? It's theoretically possible we lose any of the last 4.

Based on our play vs UK, what gives you any indication we will lose to any of the remaining teams on our schedule? We have as many special teams TDs as Mizzou has offensive TDs in SEC play. They haven't scored a TD of any kind in 29 days.

While I feel we win out, what worries me ate our propensity to fumble the ball. The fumbles in the forest half against KY.

Granted 2 we recovered, but those end up being negative plays. One was returned for a touchdown. If that continues to happen, we will be in for a dog fight and the game becomes a toss up, IMHO.

I DON'T WANT US TO LOSE! I WANT US TO WIN! I HATE LOSING and we seem to do it in the worst way possible when we aren't supposed to. just a fact.

If the offense will eliminate the "fumble for TD" play, the Vols will have a chance. Key is no TDs for their defense or kicking game.

No mercy on anyone left on the schedule except North Texas, they haven't done anything to us.... Mizz needs a whoopin....
