The warning signs were flashing when he hired 2 inexperienced coordinators right after he was hired and his complete inability to make adjustments in Y1.

His teams have quit multiple times. These are obvious signs he isnt HC material.

Its Y3 and he cant still make adjustments and his staff even regressed..

Exactly this. No reason to not have expectations to be at least competitive and win some ball games. Over with saying a new coach needs 3-5 years to get his “own” players.
