Looks like we'll open with Bowling Green next season

Bowling Green is a good team. Don't over look them. Yes, Vols should win but it won't be a "blow out" like UT had against Western Kentucky. BGSU is better than that. If it's 21 or more that's good. It won't be 42!

Absolutely; at every Bowling Green type school, there is a young Urban Meyer with nothing to lose, showing his coaching chops and ready to take down an opponent of history and standing.

Some seem confused that this is hurting UT financially, when the opposite is actually the case. Tennessee is coming out approximately $650K to the good on this change. We were going to pay UAB the $925K, but instead, when they breeched the contract, they are now paying us that amount as compensation. So instead of paying UAB the $925K, we're getting paid that from UAB and then paying BGSU $1.2K ... a difference of approximately $275K. So, in the end, we are saving $650K. Plus, from a football standpoint, we get a better opponent from a more solid program. GBO!

who will be the home team? Wasn't Wyoming the home team a few years ago? I was curious since the Nashville Sports Council is involved

Already making my plans to be there. Does anyone know do we have to go through UT or LP to get parking passes? Never been to an off site game
