Florida will have a harder time with LSU in BR. We have a very good chance to win the east. Of course we have a very good chance to blow it with another loss.

A true test of Lyle's character and winning ability.

Should be fun. Buy some alcohol.

Wow. I guess we cannot be happy about a win especially one that showed the players looked more relaxed and energetic. Hopefully the win helps the team going forward. Sometimes all it takes is a win.

You know it's getting really old seeing some folks b*tch and b*tch about a win no matter who it's against. Our offense looked more relaxed and we gave a lot of our younger players meaningful snaps. It was a much needed win to help boost our confidence.

For crying out loud. I hope we find a way to back into the SECCG as much as the next guy. But let's not delude ourselves into thinking there's gonna be a different outcome from the one we saw 3 weeks ago if we get there....because there's not.

After what you've seen over the entirety of this season, from App State to Ohio, to Georgia to Bama to SCar.....are you telling me you feel good/very confident about winning all 3 of these games? I'm not saying we can't or we won't.....just that with this team, it's very difficult to believe they will.

I am very happy for the win. Yes it was against a terrible team but it could do wonders for confidence and morale going forward. Tennessee needed some positives after what has happened in the past month or so. A win just may be the spark Tennessee needed to get ready for these last games.

With that Florida blowout loss they are finished--they will get killed by Lsu - UT wins the east by winning out!

This. Butch saved us the fans money and the extra L by not taking us to Atlanta to lose another game to Alabama. If we had everyone back and healthy it might be possible but it ain't happening folks! Now if only our fanbase would stop wanting to fire our coach. We have a legitimate chance at 10 wins this season. If you want Butch gone or are complaining after a 55-0 shutout then you're the problem.

And a planet somewhere is looking for their Major Tom. 55-0 against TT, that's quite the accomplishment! This game proved or confirmed nothing. Tired of hearing about the injuries. Where's the four year recruiting depth?

Just because we beat TT 55-0, doesn't make Butch a good coach. I hope we win out bhut will not be shocked if we don't. I hope Butch succeeds and we win a national championship, but if something doesn't drastically change he needs to be fired before we get at Dooley level talent, where no top coaches want to take on a major rebuild.

This. TN Tech is 3-5 coming into this game, with a first year head coach. Nothing in this game showed anything of relevance as to the games we have played so far, or will play in the rest of the season.

Yep..win the east, go to the championship and Debords master plan of not revealing any of our great plays in the first game will come to fruition....what a tactical genius he must be...
