The Vols had been scheduled to play here in 2013, returning the trip Oregon made last season.

Chip Kelly, in noting that top opponents have been tough to book in Autzen, indicated Tennessee won't be playing here.

I hate our athletic department so much. Yeah, let's use the Florida strategy and not play any meaningful games whatsoever out of conference in September. That'll gain us respect.

I hate conference expansion, too.

Look at other SEC teams and if they're dropping schools it means expansion.

Well it's obviously not Mike Hamilton's doing, and I don't see Joan Cronan making a decision like this when she only has the AD job on an interim basis.

Seems like the coaches chickened out.

If we have to play 9 conference games, someone has to go. It just is sad that we couldn't kick a cupcake to the curb.

Or the athletic departments know what's coming down as far as schedule changes with expansion and so it begins for other schools as well

Tennessee used to play good OOC games.

Scared is the word.

Saban went out and got Clemson to start 1 year and VTech the next.

It jump started their march to the top.

UT needs to grow a pair.
