Ahh Man!...........FUNK DAT!!! Knock on wood though. Vandy seems to be the only school right now East or West having this bad a problem with the Virus that "doesn't exist".
I smell the sarcasm in your post. That said, Vandy is located in Nashville, a city that has been hit hard with covid.

We should have pulled the quarantine card Sat night. A postponment couldn't have huet

Now that the idea has been put into the universe. Someone will try to pull this stunt. Playing chess while they play checkers.

It’s kind of amazing that this hasn’t happened a few more times than it has. So easy for a player or two to screw up and create a “situation”.

Best I remember Vandy has gone further with protocol than the other SEC schools? IIRC they haven't allowed any fans to attend games so far? The city of Nashville/Davidson County are still not as open other cities in TN.

Perfect situation for them.....make money and not spend it.:)

Over the years they've had good men's basketball teams and made the tourney...And the have won the college world series in baseball.
Maybe so, but has that been enough to keep them in? Football is the breadwinner.

Lol. I'm not sure why Vandy even bothers with athletics anymore. I know they were a founding member of the SEC, but at this point, the board should really take a look and ask themselves if they belong.
Agreed. Wife worked there 35 years . Worst fans in SEC, though they are irrelevant. I personally despise the commode-doors.:cool:

Vandy fans have been practicing social distancing at home games for years. Watching highlights, I couldn’t tell any difference in attendance from their games last year.

But it is keeping apposing schools from filling up 'Dudley Dump'.

Spotting a Vandy fan is like spotting a unicorn lol. I drove for Uber all of last summer and football season in Nashville. I didn't meat a single one during that time. That's sad. At the very least they should axe their football program.

They probably have the best baseball program in the country. That said, baseball doesn’t bring in revenue so yeah, I agree they need to take their show to a group of 5 conference

Our neighbor drives for Uber, too. She says the very worst passengers are vandie students: rude, belligerent & lousy tippers.

I have relatives (by marriage) who went to Vandy, and that's their team IF the 'dores are having an unusually good year. Otherwise, they are for Florida, Bama, Ole Miss or whoever is playing the Vols.

I try to keep it civil with them, but, day-yum!
