Not many of these names have UT ties, and it would be hard to believe that any of them would consider taking the job, and if they did they probably wouldn't stay long. Most of those coaches will stay in the NFL. We need a guy that wants to be here for a long time, not another band aid.

So Jon Gruden will bring Jim Schwartz as his defensive coordinator?

He'll obviously be hired as defensive coordinator in the NFL again if he gets fired but that would be amazing. He's a really good defensive coordinator. The Titans D was awesome under him.
