Start completely fresh top to bottom. Now if he brings Willie with him from UCF...well...I'd have a problem with that. Oh...and Shannon is a no go, too. One thing is for sure, he'd better take a real liking to recruiting or surround himself with some guys who recruit like their asses were on fire. Ain't no way you are gonna win in this league with 2 and 3 star projects. Not happening.

Heard most of that interview and came away a bit confused. Got it JH will call his own plays, but is he going to be QB coach and OC too? Does he still need somebody tp ,,mesh all the rooms? Will be interested in how this all shakes out... Think he is gone but you never know when he is already paid for. No question who is calling the shots.

No he is not calling the plays! Overides on occasion but hires who he wants, coaches them, corrects them but let's them do their jobs.

Good point but I think he is gone. He makes too much for the head coach to be the main offensive mind. It's possible if we run into hiring issues because of the violations.
