Being a gamer myself, I'm kinda fond of this forum. However, I'd like to see it really thrive with more activity.

For that to happen, I think we need another gaming mod.

It's not that the forum needs "moderating" but it needs someone who knows gaming to take a leadership role by keeping up with the latest in gaming news and posting new threads that facilitate discussion.

Duckman does an outstanding job, but based on my conversations with him he just doesn't have the free time he once did, however, he still wants to help out.

If anyone is interested, shoot me a message to vol_freak at yahoo dot com and let me know why you would make a good gaming mod and how you can help grow our small gaming community here. If we have multiple people interested, I'll pick one of the qualified members randomly.

Along with the heartache and crap you will take as a forum mod, you'll get a cool "gaming mod" tag under your avatar. :)

Very lucrative offer, though. I'm sure there is a sea of viable candidates out there that will live up to my potential. (Yeah, right)

Cat gets a lot of crap from people but no one spends more time with gaming. He isn't only a 360 guy he is across all platforms. My vote is Cat if he doesn't want it the kick his ass off the board.

Also the Duck and Cat combo reminds me off my local China Dragon menu. The China Dragon is great until 2 hours after eating it.lol

Bearcat would get drunk with power, and ban anyone who isn't a fitness Nazi,and who gives every game the Bearcat seal of approval, including Call of Juarez.

Should be smokeyvol. The once and future mod.

I selected based on those who contacted me first. OrangeWilly was the first to respond and has offered to take on the challenge. RockyVols is the first alternate.
