Here's to hoping the Vols have no injuries at Mizzou. Then we get ready for the anchor
Go Vols

Not real sure why we are even having this thread as of yet. Have we already conceded a loss to Missouri or do we think it will be a cake walk? I for one have true angst over our next game having witnessed the last two home games. Here's to hoping my angst is unfounded. :eek:k:

It's not like we are playing the game. We as fans can look ahead. Don't worry, we won't win or lose the Missouri game based on us briefly talking Vanderbilt. Lol

I'll look ahead to Vanderbilt after the game Saturday. We play Missouri on the road. All that's on my mind right now

I say we win 13-3, they hate us with a passion that we will always get their best shot. We always view the game as a free win and don't play to inspired. They have a good defense so I could see something ugly.

Looking Ahead to Vanderbilt

So, just curious. Which one below applies to such a brash statement:

1. You are incredibly confident that we will destroy Mizzou
2. You have already accepted a loss at Mizzou and are looking forward to our next win
3. You are getting your Gold & Black teams confused...

4. You are attempting to elicit a negative response from the board just for fun

I have never understood the need for fans to be "mentally prepared" and "focused" on the one game at a time mantra. If you, as a fan, think it matters one bit about looking ahead to another game...I question the reality that you live in. If the coaches and/or players were talking about games in the future, then we have a problem. As fans, there is absolutely NO reason for this to be an issue.

So....who thinks we win our bowl game? :):thud:

I'll be honest. The only reason I came into this thread was because of the title. I was interested in seeing how many posts before someone said "Let's get past Mizzou first"

Lucky winner......post #7

Well done Dune...well done. Like shooting fish in a barrel. :good!:
