It highlighted a disciplined team Bama) and a team whose coach has lost control. I would rather lose with solid play and pride than be flipping people off and denigrating the team. The last two years I've noticed the trend in childish and poor disciple penalties growing. That is what cost Fulmer his job. I would sit him down first half next week or run the stadium with those offensive lineman that cost us five yards on critical downs.

Gaulden’s a good kid who got caught up in the moment and let his emotions get the best of him. He didn’t do anything 90% of all Vol fans do in their heads when they see a Bama fan on the street.

I guess I'm in the 10% then. I don't automatically judge someone because they cheer for a different team than I do. Now if they start acting like a tool that's a different story.

I'd like to hear the details on this one. I threatened a preacher with physical violence in a church softball league years ago. One of my friends was hit in the face by the ball due to a collision with their base runner. Me and a couple of other players ran over to check on him because blood was spewing out of his nose. His nose was shattered and all over his face.... it was gruesome. As I was walking back to the outfield, the preacher who was young..... and I had no idea he was a preacher.... said something along the lines of our guy needing to quit being a baby to one of his teammates.... I heard it and lost my temper and told him to walk over there and look at his face because if he said one more word about him that his was going to look like that..... add a few expletives in there..... I thought for sure I was going to get tossed, but no one said anything . Got back in the dugout after the inning and that's when I found out he was their preacher.
