JK.....My philosophy is to expect the best and prepare for the worst with a dose of commons sense thrown in for games like today. It has kept me from having to purchase an inordinate number of TVs over the years.

I don't think his use qualified as a swear word but rather blasphemy. Which is just as bad. In which case refraining from doing that would be a favor for himself rather than you given the consequences of blasphemy.

I agree with the op. people are afraid to be optimistic. but compared to usc, uga, uf, and um I agree we have the best balance of talent and team chemistry.

I think if our players can all stay healthy then we could very well win the east. We need to use the Georgia st. game as practice for our running game. I believe without a balanced attack your not going to win much in the SEC.

on a side note this reminds me of my wife she went to work and this guy came in with a group of tennessee fans wearing bama colors and her being a tennessee fan said "eww a bama fan" just joking with him and he said i'm for both teams...she looked at him like he was half nuts and asked "how can u be for both" he said i just wanna see a good game and go for who ever wins she laughed and called him a bandwagoner lmao!

Well, I won't guarantee the East, & I'm used to disappointment recently & kind of have the view of I'll believe it when they prove it to me against SEC competition, but that said...

I freaking like your attitude & if the team is thinking to hell with everyone else, we're going to walk the walk & kick some a$% then we'll be in good shape!

I would say the majority of the posters (or regular posters) were alive when UT was an SEC juggernaut.

That would explain a lot of it.
