locked in gate 14 1 hr

man anyone else have the problem about 100 others did yesterday? I was about 5 deep from getting in the stadium saturday when the storm rolled in and then when the lighting struck they shut the gates in to the stadium and behind us. they wouldnt let us in to use the rest room or to leave the gate (to go to a business and relieve ourselves). it was complete b.s. especially when cops say they cant open the gate because of lighting and then their leaning on it. also, my friend asked if he could leave to smoke a cig and he was told no, then he asked if he could smoke at gate 14 where we were trapped they said no...about 5 minutes later 3 ut cops were smoking in their little TOC inside the stadium beside us. i was pretty pissed.

i have video of those cops smokin. not that i woud post it or anything but considering i had nothing else to do i filmed them to makem mad.

I was trapped in gate 14 as well after copious amounts of beer. Should have gone to the student athlete entrance. Dude let me in to take a leak & I scored several smokey dogs as well

If they didn't let me go to the restroom.. I would have dropped my trousers and dumped right where I stood on principle alone.

The locking of the gates was not the gatekeepers' fault. Closing of the stadium comes through to the officers posted at the gates. There were thousands who could not enter once the game was delayed for safety reasons. Sure common sense says that the people stuck outside were in more danger than those inside, but that is the policy. Also, it is standard policy that you can not leave the stadium once you have already entered and then come back in, no matter what the case. The exception to that policy is when the stadium is allowed to evacuate such as saturday's game was eventually allowed to do. In that case entry is allowed again once you present a valid ticket again. I was at gate 12 and saw the cops smoking as well, but what are you going to do when they are the law as much as it is unfair and against the rules.

By the way if you were stuck at gate 14 and you saw the young lady with the black eye getting booked she was struck in the face by the kid who was handcuffed against the wall during the entire delay. I really enjoyed when he started to realize he was going to jail and started to cry. He deserved the humiliation for hitting a beautiful young lady. Although, she went to jail a little earlier anyways for public intox.

the stadium? Do we give up our constitutional rights when we purchase a ticket? They should be sued.

I say we riot the streets... Women burn your bras, we will be recognized. Burn those stupid books the man expects us to be learnin from. Pitch forks, lots and lots of pitchforks will be required.
