Phillip and lane won't be exchanging christmas cards anytime soon. I doubt he was going to go on tv and start badmouthing a coach that has had the success phil has had. Another pointless thread.
Other than the comment stating "the most physical players will play," the most telling statement was that "the culture has to change." Brave new world. All the people who hate USC might want to find someone else to root for other than UT, because that's going to be the blueprint here.Exactly... he kissed his ass for the people who didn't want Fulmer gone, and then basically said the culture Fulmer created must, and will, change.
I did watch it, thus the sarcastic post for you to paraphrase it again because most everybody has seen it already.
Look you guys can try to deny it all you want. But LK showed a tremendous amount of respect for Fulmer and used a phrase that many on here hated because CPF used it. I just enjoy pointing it out. This is aimed at a lot of y'all not LK.
I loved the entire thing. It's just I must've missed all of the posters that got pissed about the UT family concept. That's all.So you too must realize that he was very classy and went out of his way to give props to Fulmer and said several times "UT family".
I only point this out because I thought it dumb that so many got pissed about that term.
We have a winner.Fulmer used it in a sense of, "We're Family, Don't take me away from my boys. I thought I was Elliot Ness when it came to getting canned."
Kiffin used it to appease the Hillbillies still attached to Phil.
If you don't think him and Hamilton sat down and went over every little thing he needed to say to capture as much of the diverse audience watching, then you don't understand PR.

Oh yeah. Dead on with that assessment.Fulmer used it in a sense of, "We're Family, Don't take me away from my boys. I thought I was Elliot Ness when it came to getting canned."
