This is not about butch jones, he's another up and coming coach, hes going to get his chance, but this is a poor decision by the people who hired him. This administration is the underlying issue, I hope to god the witch hunt is more thorough this time.

Make no mistake, I want Hart and Cheek gone. But, UT has a coach now, and I have to support HIM. The administration can get bent.

He won the presser for sure! And for those saying Dooley did too...he did have a good presser. But nothing like this. Heard someone on the radio say Jones has the best resume since Majors.....Love this hire!

Jones talks like a winner. Dooley talked like someone who believed he could, maybe, win. Big difference.

Butch Jones did not deserve this job, of course he's excited and thinks he will do well and WANTS to do well. This hire is indicitave of where we are as a program and how the administration views us as a program. Boo.

His history says that he will coach up his team and they will play well. The only question is whether he can recruit with the big boys. His recruiting at Cincy was better than Kelly's. I do hope he keeps Graham, Hinshaw and Pittman and then brings Tee Martin on board.
