That was awesome. What a truly gifted young man. We are all so lucky to have had the chance to watch him play on Saturdays and wear the Orange and White. Favorite VOL of all-time for me.

Awesome read. Thanks for sharing. It is no doubt that he goes down as one of the greatest to play at Tennessee, the SEC, and probably the NCAA (at least when you talk about Defense) but it still amazes me at how level headed he is and how he really appreciates everything he has.

Good stuff.

The thing most people forget about Eric Berry that makes him one of our favorite Vols in the past few years is his humility. He's the best defensive back in the country, and yet he just loves going out and playing football each Saturday. I hope he has an excellent career in the NFL, and there is no reason why he shouldn't.
