Thank you sir. I was worried that Spring 2027 wasn’t a typo but Danny White indicated something along the lines of “it better be finished by Feb as it was supposed to be finished last year” (Paraphrasing an interview he did for WIVK). It sounds like it won’t be completely renovated until Feb 27. Nothing should take 3 years even with the utility issues and working around the baseball season. It should be totally unacceptable to the UT Administration. I’d love to know the financial implications for the contractor for the massive time delays.

I'd say the implications are the contractor will be driven out of business Pissing off the UT Administration doesn't seem like the smartest idea
