Any more word on this? I know there was talk of the players/coaches deciding whether they would keep it or do something else this year. I'm guessing the decision should have been made by now. Just curious.

It should only be played on the 1st 3rd-down of any series.

Like hell! They love singing Rocky Top Woo while our QB is under center calling checkoffs thirty yards away. Forget the fact the coaches are going nuts waving their arms trying to get them to STFU. If you don't see that, you need start coming to the games sober, or get a white cane and a seeing eye dog.

sorry man the song works.. is it annoying and hokey? yes so are most traditions.... 50 years from now we will have put that on the map and it will be legend. Our generation will have contributed to the tradition and legacy of UT football. I personally am not a Big John fan (more a T.I. or Ball&G guy myself) but the song works and it should stay.

The POTS can start Kashmir at start of game and play it continuously. The live version is typically 3-4 hours in length.

Maybe they will bring back the snoozefest 'Boys of Fall' video. That brilliant video would cure insomnia. That was one of the worst ideas they have ever had.

The song from Gladiator is one of my favorite songs to hear the POTS play. I look forward to hearing more songs and more of the band.
