Much to the dismay of a few hillbillies on here, if the Liberty Bowl is the destination, it will be a sellout, and there will be no shortage of West TN Vols and other Vols willing to travel and fill up the stadium.

I love Memphis, The wife and I go often and if this game was on a Fri night or Saturday we would be there. But with the start time I'll be lucky to see it
West TN has always been the Red Headed Stepchild of the state. Memphis has its issues sure but it also has some the best Food, Music, and People in the US.Serious question- how do you people claim to be "all Tennessee" and expect in-state kids to play for "our" university, when you constantly talk @#$# about a quarter of the population?
I was born and lived there for 28 years and never had a problem either. All the Memphis hate on here pisses me off sometimes.
JT's hometown
Yep! We're about the same age but went to different elementary schools. Had he hung around we wouldve went to Millington High School together. I got to meet him once at a mutual friends party. He's the coolest, most down to earth guy you'll ever meet. And, I love how he reps his roots.
All you people scared of W. Virginia remind me of what everybody thought about the matchup with Miami in the '85 Sugar Bowl. Tennessee didn't have a chance against the mighty Canes in New Orleans. Then the Vols showed up and stomped the holy piss outta them Canes and everybody but me was going what the hell just happened.
