Hey Lex, are any of the restaurants you listed within walking distance of the stadium? 4 of us are heading over early tomorrow, and we wanted to go ahead and park and then walk to get something to eat and a few beers before the game if possible. Thanks.

This is something I was wondering. Neyland has Petros. What does kentuckys stadium have. What is their unique place in the stadium.

There is a great bar on Woodland called Lynaughs. They serve the O'round and have lots of beers. That would probably be as close as anything else and you are still dealing with a good hike. Probably equivalent to parking on the strip in Knox. Maybe a little further. It is a walk through frat row and campus, so it should be entertaining.

Lex,
Where is the best parking? I need to go in gate 4?

There are a few older neighborhoods where you can park for free if you get there early enough. They are off of Nicholasville Road. Otherwise bite the bullet and pay to park at the church across the road from the stadium off Nicholasville Road. There is also pay parking in some offices right off Nicholasville. Expect to pay $20.

I would definitely suggest Pazzos over Joe's for pizza. Taste better and it has a much better beer selection.
