Let's play "What if"...

As an FYI, I don't do drugs, so maybe you could use some sort of alcohol in your next joke. :)

I know you like Gruden, and guys like him, but you're wrong every now and then, and we'll NEVER see eye to eye on this.

I do put some weight on the fact that you think he'd be good. However, as good of an Xs and Os coach as he is, he's an class A a-hole.
Who cares? As long as he wins?

I have always had something for Dan Hawkins.

Or we could go for a gambling risktaker and hire Rick Neuheisel.

nobody can... see here's the deal OE im the best there is, nobody can mess with my stuff, i mean when i get on the football field i Piss Excellence, i'm just a hairy football playing machine, and remember if u aint first u last!, that phrase is copyrighted and only to be used by Ricky Bobby!

Yup, keep trying. There is one thing for sure, blog or not: I know infinitely more than you about football and sports in general. That's fine - you can't stay on the level of most of us around here, so you insult. It's pathetic really.

I must have seen you post this exact quote 10 or more times lately.:lolabove:

Schiano at this point would get my vote. If you can recruit at Rutgers you can do it at UT. We need a great recruiter above all else because of our location so IMO that is the most important factor. Schiano is a hot name and has ties to the NE and Florida.

Schiano would definitely be an excellent choice, because he knows how to really recruit, and has proven that he can do so even at a school like Rutgers that has been historically bad (and is in New Jersey). Imagine what he could do with the history and tradition of the Vols supporting him. That being said, however, I do not think that he is going to be looking for a new school any time soon unless Rutgers flames out and turns into a one-year wonder, although I don't know if UT would even want him at that point.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I think Schiano is gone as soon as the Penn St. job opens up.

Yea I wouldn't mind Schiano but agree that he will not be UT's next coach. Our search, if the time ever comes, should start with a well-known recruiter IMO.
