For years now we have had to sit back and listen to every fan of every other SEC school talk about how good of a coach Fulmer was when we all knew what reality was. Now that Richt is on the hot seat, we need to let Georgia fans (and anyone else intent on firing their coach) how good they really are. Personally I think Willie Martinez and Mike Bobo are brilliant coordinators who need to stick around Georgia as long as possible. Here's my vote for keeping Richt and his coordinators around for a long long time.

I second the vote.

Richt has won the SEC in the past, he's a good recruiter, and UGA couldn't get someone better. These are the reasons he should stay there for a long, long time.

All reasons used for why Fulmer should've stayed around.

Yeah, and he is a master at watching film, and he is loyal to his assistants. He has won the SEC before and sent guys to the league. He recruits very well. UGA fans would be dumb to get rid of him.

Coach MR and Staff are super-fine. They simply have a team this year which needs to make more plays and execute.

Absolutely, he deserves the opportunity to right the ship.
Other than Dooley, UGA, and another guy, he IS Georgia.

Maybe if Richt went to the D-II ranks and brought in a really good head coach to head up his offensive staff, one who believes in getting his playmakers the ball in space.

They can't seriously want to get rid of their coach! He brought them out of relative obscurity and will take them to the promised land if they just let him. The problem must be the coordinators. Replace the offensive coordinator and give him a couple of years to install his system and things will get better. Besides, they owe him for all he has done for them.
