Let’s Get This In Motion

If they have multiple losses before playing us then we might see an even worse team. This Alabama team is too worried about making Tik Tok videos pregame than locking in on their opponent. They will wax ULM and get some false hope but they will come back to reality whenever Georgia beats them by three touchdowns. Heck they might even lose to Wisconsin before then.
I would be so happy to just lay the wood on the TSIO. I hope you're right! Seeing Alabama struggle for bowl eligibility would be such a great time.

They play Vanderbilt and Missouri before us too. None of those games are guarantees for them. If we get a 1-5 or 2-4 Alabama team on TSIO we will have a chance to officially put the nail in the coffin. They play South Carolina, LSU, and Oklahoma all back to back after us with a bye week before LSU. I really don’t see them making a bowl game. I think it’s more likely they are a 4 or 5 win team than bowl eligible.

So we are using recruiting rankings as the gospel for a team being loaded or not? Nico was the top rated QB and look how he turned out. I seem to recall JG being highly recruited also, same thing. Busts happen all the time so you can’t really trust the rankings a lot of times. Every power 4 team has some talent, that’s undeniable, but to say FSU is loaded right now is false. There are only a handful of teams that can claim that. And if you do want to use rankings this is what FSU is the past 4 seasons according to 247:

2022: 19th
2023: 16th (1 5 star, the only one in these 4 years)
2024: 11th
2025: 18th

Yeah that’s freaking LOADED man! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, we are. Facts don’t care about your feelings buddy. Look up national champions for say let’s call it the last 10 years and then look and see where they fell in at recruiting. I’m not gonna waste my time looking for you because I KNOW there is a direct correlation. Every stat points to that. Google is free. As I said, loaded was a bit of a reach. But they aren’t a 2-10 team if they get it put together. They are just as talented as we are when it comes to players.

To assume Bama is done and we’re gonna cakewalk them because they lost to FSU (at FSU mind you), is just silly. I hope you’re right, but Bama definitely has a more loaded roster than us AND has plenty of weeks to find a stride.

“Busts” in no way point to the fact that high recruiting teams aren’t the ones winning championships every year. Show me a team consistently recruiting out of the top 5ish spots that’s winning nattys. You won’t be able to.

Alabama truly is loaded and yet they are 5-5 in their last 10 games. The only stride they will find is right into mediocrity just like they were the 10 years before Saban got there.

Not winning natty’s but at least getting there. TCU and Washington have both made it all the way there on very average to below average recruiting.

When was the last time we beat them 2 out of 3 years and have them probably be unranked whenever we play them? I swear some of our fans are so broken they are afraid to be confident in beating the worst Alabama team in 20+ years.
That you can make those sort of silly predictions after 1 game is why no one with a coherent thought is taking you seriously

So crazy that it just might work. 😆

I could see them joining, but it could turn out that a bunch of us old drunks might be in a giant brawl with their frat boys.
The first ut -bama game ended in a 6-6 tie because fans got in a fight that spilled out into the field.

Someone from TN must have looked too long at some Bama sister/friend.

As long as it’s tradition, it should be allowed.

Rushing the field at Bryant Denny would be cool. But.... We don't have the numbers to pull it off and it might be more than just one night in jail. Nice daydream though.

A much better Alabama team last year lost to Vanderbilt. We have a bunch of losers on this site that don’t realize this was actually a freaking rivalry before Saban showed up. We were 11-5 against them during my life before he got there. It’s going to cycle back to more of that because we have the better coaching staff. Our “fans” are just afraid to believe it.

I fully believe we can move past them, but this is just another silly post by you. One game at a time, man

We are not the freaking players man. We don’t have to take it one game at a time. Proving my point, too afraid to say we can beat them.

Tell us those scores
One of those came against the Michigan Stalions two seasons ago so that has a big ole asterisk beside it. The TCU team was lucky to be there and we all know it. But those are far worse rosters than what we have and yet they won neutral site playoff games. NIL and the playoff format has completely changed the game so I don’t think it is a coincidence both of those teams were playing in the national championship game two consecutive years. Did anyone seriously have Arizona State taking Texas to 2OT last year? We were an overtime away from having yet another average roster in the semifinals of the college football playoff.

Why? The last time we played there we got up on them pretty good and last time I checked Nick Saban is no longer the coach there and their team is infinitely worse now.
Because we have lost to worse teams under Heupel every year. Because we struggle on the road. Because Bama seems to usually get up pretty well for Tennessee. Because we haven’t won there in over 20 years. Because refs tend to give Bama the benefit of the doubt in Tuscaloosa. I could go on.

Using a game from 2 years ago that we lost and got outscored 28-0 in the second half is not really reason to say we got this in the bag, either. We don’t know yet if our week 1 win was impressive or if their loss was bad. I hope we hang 70 on them, but you are delusional if you can’t even fathom a world where we go down there and lose for the 11th straight time.

You keep glossing over the fact Nick Saban is no longer there. If you have a Ferrari but a 16 year old on the first day having a driver’s licenses, chances are they either don’t even know how to start it or once they do they end up totaling it. That’s exactly what DeBoer is doing. He is basically what Ron Zook was to Florida after Spurrier left. They will implode one way or another.

Nick Saban isn’t there, no, but Ron Zook beat us once. Shane Beamer, Sam Pittman, Jeff Brohm, Pat Narduzzi, Eli Drinkwitz, Lane Kiffin, Dan Mullen, Billy Napier have all beaten Heupel and the Vols. None of those guys are Nick Saban. DeBoer has taken a team to the national championship game. He has won a lot everywhere he has been. He still hasn’t lost in Tuscaloosa, and that includes a game against Georgia. I promise you they can beat us and at this point are still favored to do so.

That game is a toss up at best for us. The issue isn’t that you think we could win down there, it’s that you’re treating it like a foregone conclusion that we will.
