Blood On Hands Of Woke Officials After illegal Migrant 'raped and killed' Boy, 13​


The family of a 13-year-old boy who was allegedly raped and killed by his soccer coach is suing Los Angeles officials for 'breaching their duty of care.'

Court filings claim officials gave predator Mario Garcia-Aquino unchecked access to children in taxpayer-funded parks.

The parents of Oscar Omar Hernandez allege city-approved permits allowed Garcia-Aquino, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, to groom children while running a boys' soccer team.

The lawsuit, filed this week, accuses Los Angeles city and county officials of 'failing to stop a child predator' and of 'bestowing legitimacy' on the 43-year-old who coached the Huracan Valley boys' soccer club.

Garcia-Aquino is eligible for the death penalty if convicted since it is alleged that he murdered Hernandez in late March while in 'the commission or attempted commission of lewd acts with a child.'

The undocumented migrant has been accused of sexually assaulting at least three children dating back to 2022.

'The incidents of grooming, isolation, and sexual abuse took place while Oscar Omar Hernandez was a participant of the Los Angeles City approved boys' soccer practice and games at City parks and was thereby under the care and control of the Los Angeles City,' according to the lawsuit.
