Feds Arrest Illegal Alien Who Served Only 3.5 Years in Prison for Killing Two Teens in Sanctuary State California​

A twice-deported illegal alien, convicted of killing 19-year-olds Anna Varfolomeeva and Nicholay Osokin in the sanctuary state of California, has been taken into federal custody after serving just three and a half years in prison for vehicular manslaughter.

Varfolomeeva and Osokin, who were dating, were killed in November 2021 in Orange County, California, by Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano who was drunk, high, and driving 100 mph on the 205 freeway at the time. The teens were burned alive in the crash.

The following year, Ortega-Anguiano was convicted on two counts of vehicular manslaughter while drunk and sentenced to just 10 years in prison for killing Varfolomeeva and Osokin. Before the conviction, Ortega-Anguiano already had numerous felony convictions and had served time in California’s state prison system.

After serving just three and a half years in prison, Ortega-Anguiano was set to be released. As a result, Justice Department prosecutors took the illegal alien into custody, charging him as an illegal alien who illegally returned to the U.S. after being deported.

“After being deported to Mexico twice, he returned to our country, where he killed two young people in a DUI accident and where he served only 3½ years out of a 10-year sentence in California state prison,” U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said in a statement:

A transgender migrant appeared in court yesterday after being arrested for raping a 14-year-old boy in a park bathroom.

Nicol Suarez, 30, allegedly followed the boy into a bathroom at Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem back in February at around midday, police told the Daily Mail.

The boy reportedly left the bathroom and flagged down people nearby, who called the police. The migrant was then charged with first-degree rape and stalking.

Illegal Migrant Allegedly Murdered Teen Who Tried To Stop Him Raping His Mom​

An illegal migrant in Kentucky allegedly murdered a 15-year-old boy when the teen tried to stop him from raping his mom, according to authorities.

Mexican national Gildardo Amandor-Martinez, 36, is accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend’s son, Luis Lopez, when the teen attempted to thwart the sick sexual assault in their Morehead apartment in the early hours of July 20.

The teen’s younger sister was also struck and injured.

“15-year-old Luis Lopez died trying to save his mother from this criminal illegal alien who was attempting to rape her,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.


Gildardo Amandor-Martinez, 36, allegedly killed his girlfriend’s son, Luis Lopez, when the teen tried to thwart the sick sexual assault on July 20.

Illegal Migrant — Not Deported Despite Multiple DUI And Domestic Violence Raps — Allegedly Kills NJ Mom, 11-Year-Old Daughter In Horrific Wrong-Way Crash​

An illegal immigrant from Mexico was allegedly drunk behind the wheel of a speeding SUV that crossed into incoming traffic and crashed head-on into a compact car, killing an innocent woman and her bright-eyed 11-year-old daughter, New Jersey authorities said.

Raul Luna-Perez, 43, has been living in Red Bank, N.J., since early 2023, federal sources told The Post. When and where he allegedly snuck into the U.S. is not known.

The suspect has been roaming free despite two DUI arrests in March and April, and a domestic violence arrest in 2023, according to records.

Illegal Alien Sentenced to Life in Prison Without Parole for Raping, Murdering Rachel Morin​

An illegal alien MS-13 gang member, convicted of raping and murdering 37-year-old Rachel Morin — a mother of five children — in April, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Monday.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, an illegal alien from El Salvador where he is also a member of the violent MS-13 gang, was convicted months ago by a Maryland jury of first-degree murder, first-degree rape, third-degree sexual offense, and kidnapping.

On Monday, a Maryland judge sentenced Martinez-Hernandez to life in prison without the possibility of parole, a second life sentence, and another 40 years in prison for raping and bludgeoning Rachel to death in what has become known as the most horrific crime in Harford County, Maryland, history.

DOT Secretary Sean Duffy declared that the individual should have never been allowed to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License. He also took a swipe at sanctuary laws for allegedly allowing Singh to continue operating as a truck driver.

More than 5,000 illegal immigrants have been arrested in the Los Angeles area since June, according to the Department of Homeland Security, including some of the “worst of the worst” violent offenders.

The detainees highlighted by DHS include citizens of Mexico, El Salvador, South Korea, Vietnam, China and Eritrea.

Some of the illegal immigrants highlighted by the agency have criminal histories that include violent offenses such as murder, theft and sexual abuse, including against children.

Diego Fernandez-Martinez, from Mexico, has convictions for carjacking, vehicle theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance for sales, robbery and prisoner in possession of a weapon, according to DHS.

The agency also said he is a member of the Surenos gang.

A 26-year-old Turkish national, Gokhan Bagci, was arrested in late August for allegedly sexually abusing children at a daycare in California, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

Bagci was removed from the United States by Customs and Border Protection twice, first in November 2023 and again in September 2024, before returning to the country a third time, according to a statement from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
