An illegal migrant from Mexico has been charged with murdering his girlfriend in Utah — just a week after he was deported from the US for a second time, authorities said.

Nestor Rocha-Aguayo, 24, is accused of killing 31-year-old Talia Benward and dumping her body in a remote area in Tooele, just outside Salt Lake City, last week after surveillance footage showed them arguing in a car.

The accused killer, who has a string of drug and domestic violence raps, had already been deported back to Mexico twice — most recently on Christmas Eve, following a drug-related arrest.


Nestor Rocha-Aguayo, a 24-year-old illegal migrant from Mexico, is suspected of murdering his girlfriend in Utah last week.

But he managed to illegally cross back over the US border just days before the slaying, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement official told The Post.

A Guatemalan migrant was arrested in Alabama after he was caught in the act of sexually abusing a young girl.

Luis Lopez-Martinez, 38, was arrested by Limestone County sheriff's deputies on January 19 after he was 'caught in the act of abusing a child less than 12 years old.'

The victim's family discovered him assaulting the girl and detained him until police arrived, according to the sheriff's office.

The Limestone County Sheriff's Office said Lopez-Martinez confessed to the crime during an interview, stating, 'It is what it is.'

Lopez-Martinez was arrested and held on $250,000 bond. Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed an immigration detainer on him.

A trans migrant wanted by ICE has been arrested after allegedly stalking and raping a 14-year-old boy in New York City this week.

Nicol Suarez, 30, allegedly followed the boy into a bathroom at Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem on Tuesday at around midday, police told DailyMail.com.

Suarez was arrested on Wednesday and charged with first-degree rape and stalking, according to police.

Originally from Colombia, Suarez was also wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement had a detainer on her, according to the outlet.

Her other charges out-of-state were not immediately available.

An illegal immigrant from El Salvador has been charged with stabbing to death a Virginia man who then staggered into a stranger’s home, according to authorities.

Jose Velasquez-Martinez, 27, is accused of stabbing 29-year-old Brandon Probst in the neck after they got into a fight outside a woman’s home in Warrenton, Virginia, according to the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office.

Probst then staggered into the house and was found bleeding from the neck by homeowner Joette Breeden around 10 p.m. March 27, according to police.

Probst was stabbed to death in the altercation outside a Virginia woman’s home.

Velasquez-Martinez was arrested March 31 at a Front Royal hotel in Augusta County and charged with malicious wounding and murder, police said.

He had “illegally entered the United States on an unknown date in 2011, at an unknown location, and without being inspected, admitted, or paroled by a U.S. immigration official,” and ICE spokesperson told Fox 5 DC.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer with the Los Angeles County jail for Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino, a 43-year-old Salvadoran citizen living unlawfully in the United States, the agency confirmed Wednesday to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Garcia-Aquino is accused of killing 13-year-old Oscar “Omar” Hernandez, a San Fernando Valley, California, resident found dead earlier in April. The accused killer has a history of alleged sexual abuse against minors, and investigators believe there may be other victims. He was accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in December 2022 at his previous home in Sylmar, Los Angeles, according to prosecutors.

“ICE has lodged a detainer,” McLaughlin continued. “We don’t know if that will be honored because, of course, LA is a sanctuary city and these sanctuary city politicians are playing Russian roulette with the lives of American children and American citizens. It’s disgusting.”

Rachel Morin Murder: Jury finds illegal immigrant Guilty of Killing jogger​

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez was Convicted of Killing Rachel Morin in Bel Air, Maryland​

A Maryland jury on Monday found illegal immigrant Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez guilty of murdering Bel Air woman Rachel Morin in August 2023.

Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five, was jogging along the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel-Air, a quaint community northeast of Baltimore, when Martinez-Hernandez ambushed, strangled and beat her to death, authorities said.

Harford County autopsy results revealed that Morin had endured 15 to 20 blows to the head and had died from a combination of strangulation and blunt force trauma. Her death was officially ruled a homicide.

Martinez-Hernandez, who is from El Salvador, allegedly fled the scene and the state of Maryland after Morin's murder. Authorities said during his trial that they found DNA matching the suspect's at the crime scene and were eventually able to trace him to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where police arrested him.

The 23-year-old migrant illegally crossed into the United States in February 2023, police announced.
