Alright guys... new poster... be gentle;

I registered to see if any of you had a crystal ball and know if L. Creer is going to get significant touches this weekend.

I'm an LSU fan, but play in an SEC fantasy league and need to pick up a RB.

BTW, go Vols... kick BAMA's A$%

I would think so.

My prediction is that he will not get as many touches as he should. How's that?

By the way Fulmer and Clawson talked in the press conference, you would think Creer would get several carries this weekend, but that really doesn't mean anything. I thought he would get more carries in the Auburn game and he didn't get any. I have to agree with Doc on this one. He probably won't get as many as he should, so I wouldn't count on it.

Creer looked good on that fourth quarter drive. Everyone says the state D was tired, which was probably true. But he ran the ball well. I'd like to see what he could do earlier in the game.

Well he had more carries than any other UT RB last week, but I guess that was just a matter of circumstance.(?)

The only other alternative I come up with is Keiland Williams, who has been subjugated to Charles Scott this year.

I know this is fantasy BS, but thanks for humoring me.

It's risky...

On one hand - The Vols will likely try to shorten the game and pound the football...Creer would be an important part of executing that plan.

On the other hand - Alabama has jumped all over opponents in the first 2 quarters of their games this year...conversely, the Vols have been terrible offensively in the first half this season. It'll be tough for UT to run the football if they're down 28-0.

I'd go with #5. I think the Tigers are going to run it down Georgia's throat all night long in Death Valley.

Hope you're right, J.

However, I'm still not sold on Bummer. I took UT in my pick'em.

Why?

Big fella in the middle went down last week (BAMA NT).

Sabam always seems to drop one he shouldn't (he was 8-4 more often in BR than 10-1).

Its hard to say.. Bama has beaten up on oppenents in the first half 95-3.. while UT has ben beaten up 44-14. This does not look good for ut running backs. It would be nice for greer to get more carries but this doesnt look to be that game.

I wouldn't see him getting more than 8-10 carries at best... But would love to see him get more involved. He is an explosive player that is capable of making a big play at any time. I don't know if it's just me, but more touches for Creer = better possibility of a big play that might help us win a big game?
