It didn't work because it is for 360. I don't think there is one out yet for PS3.

Well, it go merged so it doesn't matter anyway.

There will be one released for PS3 eventually, but it takes a lot longer for the PS3 than the 360.

If you scroll through all of the options on the main menu, there is an icon that I think says Download/Upload roster. Select that icon, then select download roster, type in the name of the person you want to download rosters from, save rosters.

Edit: Just downloaded this roster. They are fully named, but he didn't make any changes. He just named the players that were on the roster. These will work great for online play, but they aren't very accurate.
