I want Dooley to work out. I really do. That being said, if we are even close to being this pitiful next year, he's out. At some point the blames falls on the head man.

All this said and if that's the case, who are legit candidates for UT head coaching job? It doesn't really have to be the sexy name. Fulmer isn't and was never sexy. Who would be the "right" guy? I still think Dooley can get it done. He will have to make 2 or 3 changes on his staff though.

don't forget Gruden, every stupid "new coach" forum has to name Gruden and leach.

you people are idiots to think that gruden will coach college or leach will come to UT.

So who will? no one? we just won't ever have a coach in the future? a top ten all time program can't get a coach?

If Patterson did not leave TCU for K-State, then he is not leaving TCU for any other job (especially now that TCU is joining the BigXII).

Thats a lateral move anyways. Hes built a good program at TCU. Dont see him leaving, unless it for a Storied Program.
Not saying TN isnt, but you get what Im saying.

Rutgers - Think Schiano would be a good fit, but also think he may be headed to Penn State.

UConn - Pascuolloni [sp] did alot at Syracuse with little talent in some years.

Sad to say those are the best I got. Think Bill Battle might like to return?
